Disappointed with the food. The XLB skin was thicker than those from other locations and their wonton soup was terrible. It lacked flavour and noodles were undercooked.

Din Tai Fung needs little introduction to anyone who appreciates soup dumplings. The Shanghai-born, Taiwan-honed chain opened its Shibuya branch inside Shibuya Scramble Square, bringing its meticulously crafted xiaolongbao to one of Tokyo's busiest transport hubs. Each dumpling is folded with trademark precision, and the menu extends to fried rice, noodle dishes and steamed buns, with some Japan-exclusive items not found at other global locations.Operating hours not available

The best restaurant ever not only in Japan but also in the world. The manager, Mr. Orii, is doing a great job! You shouldn’t miss this outstanding restaurant if you come to Tokyo. Actually this is way better than the branch in Taiwan, particularly in terms of the taste and the hospitality:)
