A unique cycle cafe and dining space in Shibuya Stream, combining healthy spiced cuisine with a multi-use activity court.
Torque Cafe, formally known as TORQUE SPICE & HERB, TABLE & COURT, is an innovative cycle cafe on the fourth floor of Shibuya Stream. Operated by Tokyu Recreation, it brings together the worlds of cycling, dining, and sport under one roof, proposing a healthy and active lifestyle in the heart of Shibuya.

The adjoining multi-use court hosts futsal and other activities, making it a versatile space for both relaxation and recreation. Cyclists can park their bikes on site, and the open, airy terrace is a lovely spot for coffee.
Directly connected to Shibuya Station via the C2 exit, Torque is easy to reach and open from 11:00 to 22:00 daily. Cashless payment is the norm here, so be prepared to pay by card or electronic money.

Cafe on the fourth floor of Shibuya Stream. Free wifi, many places to plug in chargers, and no seating time limit. The majority of customers were studying or in zoom meetings. The food is okay but the lunch menu is a great deal with the drink included. All menus and payments are completely digital.

Spacious, fourth floor cafe/restaurant with wifi. Cashless. Menu available through QR code. Chicken tenders with fries was a pretty big portion and had a really good flavor!

Nice cafe, good for work. The cake was very tasty, but it comes without a frosting only with the whipped cream. Next I want to try the spicy chocolate cake. Minus one star because the cakes are quite pricey.

Take the elevator to the 4th floor and it's on the left (not the hotel or bar). Wait for someone to greet you and show you to a seat. Water and additional napkins etc are close to the cashier. Order from the QR code link, get your food, eat, and then go up to the cashier with your QR code to pay. Payment is cashless only. The high ceiling makes the space light and airy, and it's kind of nice to have the futsal space outside for a bit of green. Service was quick and professional. The food was average; the chicken biryani was more like chicken on rice but the little sides were a nice touch. The lunch set price makes it worthwhile though, and the ice coffee was not too shabby. It would be quite nice as a work lunch option.
